Villa Xanadu is an elegant colonial-style property enjoying a rare and privileged location. Built into the hillside, it overlooks St. Jean Bay and Pelican Beach, offering spectacular panoramic views of Eden Rock, the bay, the airport, and the surrounding islands.
The villa is arranged across three independent pavilions and features four double bedrooms, ensuring both comfort and privacy for its guests.
At the entrance to the property, the first pavilion features an air-conditioned TV room furnished with a sofa and coffee table, ideal as a relaxation area or playroom for children. An adjoining double bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
The second pavilion, opening onto the terrace and pool area, houses a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A barbecue area with a plancha grill completes this outdoor living space, while a dining table beneath the covered terrace can accommodate up to eight guests.
The main pavilion features a living room opening onto the pool and terrace, as well as two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. On the upper level, above the living room, the master suite offers a more private setting with a large king-size bed and an open-plan bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
