Who pays the commission on a sale?
The seller. Our fee is 5% of the sale price under an exclusive listing and 6% under a non-exclusive listing. Buyers are not charged.
Do guests pay booking fees?
No. Guests pay no booking or administration fees. The only additions to the rent are the tourist tax and, for card payments, a 3.5% processing fee.
How is the 22.5% vacation rental fee calculated?
On net rent, meaning excluding tourist tax and credit card fees. It covers marketing, booking management, guest welcome and concierge service.
What is the difference between an exclusive and a non-exclusive listing?
With an exclusive listing, our agency is the only one marketing your property, and our fee is 5%. With a non-exclusive listing, you may work with several agencies, and our fee is 6%.
