The entrance door leads to the main living area, which has a comfortable living-room and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Facing the view, the heated pool and the lovely outdoor area surrounded by a lush garden are the perfect place for entertaining.

It features everything you need to enjoy your time: loungers, a shaded gazebo with a dining table and a BBQ.

Back inside, the contemporary lines, white walls, natural wood panels and light marble floors give the house a bright atmosphere.

Two equal-size bedrooms are located on each side of the living area and both have ensuite bathrooms and dressing areas.

Villa Palm is close to Grand Cul de Sac lagoon, its restaurants, hotels and water-sport activities.
