It is a 15 min drive from the villa to the beach, the grocery stores and bakeries in Lorient and a 20 min drive from St Jean airport, the shops, bars and restaurants in Gustavia.

Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty).

Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
