The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace leading to the swimming pool, located at the rear of the villa, providing a private and relaxing outdoor setting.

The two bedrooms are located side by side on the main level, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, a mezzanine offers additional sleeping accommodations for two guests, available for an extra charge of $50 per person, per night. This space also includes a small office area.

Ideally situated along the coastal road, the villa is just a short walk from Marigot Beach and less than a 10-minute walk from the Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon. Lorient Beach is only a 5-minute drive away.

Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty).

Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
