Fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully decorated, the villa is arranged around several independent bungalows set around the pool.
To the right of the entrance, the air-conditioned living room occupies its own pavilion and enjoys a lovely sea view. To the left, the kitchen is located in a second independent bungalow. Fully equipped, notably with several Smeg appliances, it opens directly onto the outdoor dining area, which can accommodate up to six people. A gas barbecue integrated into the outdoor kitchen completes this convivial space, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco.
The villa also features a complete home automation system, easily controlled via the iPads installed throughout the different rooms.
Outside, the heated private pool forms the heart of the property and faces Saint-Jean Bay. The terrace is furnished with sunbeds as well as an outdoor lounge ideally positioned to fully enjoy the view.
The two bedrooms are located in two independent bungalows side by side, directly alongside the pool. Similar in size and layout, they each feature a king-size bed, a dressing room, and their own bathroom. This perfectly balanced configuration ensures comfort and privacy for everyone and is particularly well suited to two couples.
