Located on the heights of Flamands, within the Roc Flamands residence, the Acai & Art villa complex offers a 6-bedroom property ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking comfort and conviviality in St. Barth. These two neighboring villas, featuring a traditional colonial style with contemporary décor, offer lovely sea views and a peaceful setting just a few minutes’ walk from Flamands Beach and the Cheval Blanc hotel.

Fully air-conditioned, the two villas are arranged over two levels and offer pleasant and functional living spaces. Each villa has its own living room and open-plan kitchen, as well as a terrace with a dining area, allowing guests to fully enjoy the gentle Caribbean climate.

The six bedrooms, distributed equally between the two villas, are located on the lower level and offer comfort and flexibility thanks to their twin beds, which can be combined into king-size beds. In each villa, two bedrooms share a bathroom, while the third has its own private bathroom, providing an ideal configuration for families or groups.

Outside, each villa has its own terrace and heated swimming pool, creating two separate spaces where everyone can enjoy moments of relaxation in complete privacy.
