The property can accommodate 10 guests and boasts very relaxing outdoor areas with a few seating areas, an infinity heated pool (19.7 x 55.8 ft.) with steps , a second pool (9.8 x 16.4 ft.), a jacuzzi, a fitness room and a massage room. The villa boasts a nice view over the neighborhood and the ocean in the distance
