Villa Flora is a newly-built property with breathtaking views over the lagoon and the barrier reef. The property is located in Grand Cul de Sac area, 200 meters from the beach in the lagoon, a 5 min walk to the prestigious Hotels Barthelemy and Hotel Sereno, a 10 min drive to the grocery stores in Lorient and 15 min to the airport in St Jean.
The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms have a sea view and the 3rd a garden view. A 17 meter pool to swim with steps opens to the view and the tropical garden.
The villa is fully equipped with screen windows, it can be widely ventilated and fully protected from the mosquitoes.
The property has the internet connection with the WIFI throughout. Indoor and outdoor parking spaces at the villa.
