Away from the road perched on the heights of Colombier, the Ti Voyage villa offers a spectacular panoramic view stretching from the isle of Bonhomme to the famous traffic roundabout that planes skim over as they come in to land.
The Caribbean Sea appears three times between the round hills of Les Mornes.
Ti Voyage was recently built to the very highest standards of modern comfort.
Ti Voyage combines the peace and quiet of a private subdivision, the quality of a "Saint-Barths"-standard home, and closeness both to beaches and places that make this island the "Saint-Tropez" of the Caribbean.
Ti Voyage is a modern, fully-equipped villa. It has 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, over two levels. The upstairs bedroom opens onto the terrace and the hills between which the dawn sunshine rises and glows each morning. The downstairs bedroom extends onto a large deck and has direct access to the parking lot, making it quite self-sufficient. All rooms have aircon and TV.
The parking lot can hold 3 cars.
The open-plan kitchen opens onto a lounge of 30m2 making it easy to lunch and dine indoors. However, the large teak table on the covered part of the deck is the ideal place for eating together.
The large picture windows extend the interior space towards the vast deck and the beautiful landscape.
The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances: microwave, oven, dishwasher, freezer and other electrical appliances.
The living room features an armchair, a 3-seater sofa, TV with over 100 channels including iconic American channels, TNT, and Apple TV. You'll also find a Blue Ray player and a Bose blue tooth sound system.
All rooms have their own Wi-Fi connection with fiber technology Internet access.
The villa also provides an ironing board, parasol, beach chairs and cleaning products. There's also a vacuum cleaner, but you shouldn't need it: daily cleaning (6 days a week) is included.
Both bedrooms have king-size beds (200 cm x 180 cm). The bed in the lower bedroom can be converted into 2 twin beds. An intercom provides communication between the two levels.
The heated swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and is maintained weekly by a pool attendant.
The magnificent garden with colorful bougainvillea is tended by a gardener.
For barbecues, you will find an easy-to-use Weber gas stove.

- Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty).
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
