Charming three bedroom, three bathroom villa very well located in Public, between Gustavia and Corossol. You will be less than 5 minutes from Gustavia and St Jean.
The villa has a nice sea view from the terrace and the pool.
The living room overlooks the covered terrace and the pool and is very nicely decorated.
The kitchen is open to the dining room. It is very well equipped and you will appreciate the high table for breakfast for example.
On the lower level are the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Two bathrooms are adjacent to the bedrooms, and the third bathroom is separate.

- You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days after your reservation (does not apply for reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date).
- Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
