The villa has a nice sea view from the terrace and the pool.

The kitchen is open to the dining room. It is very well equipped and you will appreciate the high table for breakfast for example.
On the lower level are the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Two bathrooms are adjacent to the bedrooms, and the third bathroom is separate.

- Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty).
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
