The villa was built on a hillside on the heights of Marigot, it consists of an open plan kitchen, a living room that opens to the view, an infinity pool and a jacuzzi. The villa has a panoramic view over the lagoon in Cul de Sac and the Caribbean sea. It is a 5 min drive to the beach in Lorient and Cul De Sac and to the supermarkets in Lorient.

Cancellation policy
- You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days after your reservation (does not apply for reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date).
- Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
