Very nice house with a lot of charm overlooking the Christopher hotel, the villa Mirande combines sunlight, sea breeze, amazing view and unforgettable sunsets. The property and the common areas are open to the outdoor space and the pool.
Built in line with the traditional St Barth layout, the house upper level welcomes the 2 masters bedrooms to each side of the living room both with ocean views. The bedrooms on the lower floor have two twin beds each, which can be made up as king sized beds.
The villa enjoys a nice location within few minutes away from the Cul de sac lagoon or the sandy surfing beach in Lorient. St Jean and its bustling life aren’t too far as well as Gustavia and its famous shops and restaurants.

Cancellation policy
- You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days after your reservation (does not apply for reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date).
- Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
