Villa Les Roches Brunes is a charming two-bedroom villa located on the heights of Anse des Cayes.
Very central and convenient location, 5 minutes from Gustavia, St Jean or the beautiful beach of Flamands.
Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries are a few minutes away by car.
A first bedroom communicates with the living room while bedrooms 2 and 3 are located in another bungalow and share a bathroom.
The living room / kitchen is very nice and is open to the outside.

- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
