Stunning property with its unique beach pool, Villa La Roche dans L’Eau is a 3 bedroom modern style property built over two levels, two bedrooms are on either side of the living room and the third bedroom is in the attic on a higher level. Around the beach heated pool (the pool is heated only during the winter months from December 15th to April 14th), a large tropical garden and a lovely covered terrace with a dining area and a chilling area with deck chairs.
Villa La Roche dans L’Eau is located in Grand Fond, a 10 min drive to the beach, bakeries and grocery stores in Lorient and a 15 min drive to St Jean Airport and Gustavia with its harbor, bars and restaurants.

- You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days after your reservation (does not apply for reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date).
- Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
