The property is a 5 min drive to the beaches in Gouverneur, Shell Beach and Saline and also from the shops and restaurants in Gustavia.
The villa, a very private property, consists of 4 bedrooms, each bedroom boasts a sea view, a pool and a jacuzzi.

Cancellation policy
- You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days after your reservation (does not apply for reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date).
- Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
