Villa Kiara is an elegant and modern 3-bedroom villa located on the secluded neighbourhood of Vitet.
The villa overlooks a stunning panorama of the green valley of Grand Fond and the ocean and is surrounded by a relaxing landscape garden that offers its guests remarkable privacy, relaxation and peacefulness.
It features 3 bedrooms, similarly decorated in a contemporary style.
The master bedroom, totally rebuilt and renovated, is located up the villa and offers a gorgeous sea view.
The other 2 bedrooms are equal size, next to each other and with the same high quality amenities and en-suite bathroom.
From the large and tastefully decorated air-conditioned living-room with a white piano you arrive in the well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the inside dining area from which you can enjoy gorgeous views.
The outdoor area offers its guests a covered terrace with a dining table and a spacious sunny deck with the pool (heated) overlooking the beautiful views.

- You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days after your reservation (does not apply for reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date).
- Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
