St Jean
Villa Indyana Estate is a set of two villas consisting of Villas Indyana and Ventura, located next to each other.
The two villas are moderne and spacious, they are located on the highs of St Jean.
They are fully A/C, and has heated pools.
You will just be a 5-10 minute drive from the center of St Jean and Gustavia.
A bedroom is located in a separate studio and is the bedroom 5

KITCHEN
Same equipments in both villas : Open to living room, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, blender.

Same equipments in both villas : Heated pool 29 ft x 10 ft, deck chairs, gas BBQ.

We will be at the airport or ferry to greet you, help you with your luggage and escort you to your villa (one meet-and-greet per reservation)

Cancellation policy
- You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days after your reservation (does not apply for reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date).
- Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
