Villa Gemma, ideally located 2 minutes walk to the beach of Flamands and a few minutes drive to the shops and restaurants, is a recent 3-bedroom villa.
Fully air-conditioned, she offers a gorgeous sea-view on Flamands bay and has a heated pool.
Each of the 3 bedrooms offers its own bathroom.
Built on 2 levels, there are on the main floor 2 bedrooms, each side of the living-room, an open-kitchen on the living-room which opens onto the terrace with the pool and an outdoor dining area.
On the ground floor (accessible from the outside or from indoor stairs) you will find the 3rd bedroom, a second kitchen and a small living area with a sofa bed ideal for small children, teenagers or a single person.
Villa Gemma is the perfect gateway to enjoy St Barth with your family or with your friends just a few steps from the beach.

Cancellation policy
- You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days after your reservation (does not apply for reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date).
- Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
