Ideally located on the heights of Lurin in a lovely private estate, a 5 min away by car from the beaches in Shell Beach, Gouverneur and Saline and many restaurants and shops in Gustavia, Villa Chloe built over 3 levels boasts an astonishing view overt he sea, the bay in Gustavia and St Jean and the neighboring islands.
The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a sea view and a lovely outdoor space with a small pool with a built-in spa.

Cancellation policy
- You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days after your reservation (does not apply for reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date).
- Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
