On the main level are the master bedroom, the living room with an open kitchen, the terrace and the pool.
Two other bedrooms are upstairs and a fourth bedroom is on a lower floor. This last bedroom has a lounge / TV room, a small kitchen and a private terrace.

- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
