Black Pearl is located on the heights of Marigot and overlooks one of the most beautiful views of Saint Barthelemy: the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon and the ocean.
This villa of 180 m2 approximately has a resolutely contemporary style. The living room and the kitchen open on a very nice covered terrace and the swimming pool (heated) with overflow.
You will be about 10 minutes from Lorient and supermarkets, 15 minutes from St Jean and 20 minutes from Gustavia.

Cancellation policy
- You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days after your reservation (does not apply for reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date).
- Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
