The house has a contemporary and minimalist design that combines shades of gray and woods. The villa consists of two levels. The main level comprises a master bedroom and the common area as a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The latter is open to the outdoor space and its nice framed deck around the pool. On the lower level, the villa enjoys 3 bedrooms included a second master bedroom. An outside staircase leads to this part of the house.

- You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days after your reservation (does not apply for reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date).

- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
